A Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales department and move-ins at the community. You build trust with prospects to showcase life in the community and how it can enhance well-being. This role involves 75% of your time working in the CRM. You will be provide tours to prospects when the Sales Director is not available. You will partner with sales and collaborate with the community team to deliver an exceptional experience. This role reports to the Director of Sales.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Respond to all inbound inquiries (phone email web) within two hours to maximize speed-to-lead when the Sales Director is unavailable.
- Utilize the OneDay platform to send at least three personalized videos weekly to prospects. Tours
- Schedule in-person community tours for the Sales Director. Conduct tours when Sales Director is unavailable.
- Assist in personalized One Extra that reflects the prospects interests and showcases our unique value within senior living. Events
- Help organize and execute all community sales events
- Submit all catering worksheets to Dining Services Director at least two weeks before event. Participate in each event and conduct tours as needed and directed by Sales Director.
- Participate in the setup and take-down of events. CRM Expectations
- Use the CRM to follow-up with leads in database with goal of scheduling new and repeat tours at the community.
- Follow-up with existing leads in CRM and reach out immediately to all leads that inquire through CRM or directly to the community. Schedule
- This position is a Sunday-Thursday position depending on current schedules at the community.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Excellent verbal problem-solving and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; can extract relevant components from complex situations to connect the dots make sound decisions and work with minimal direction.
- Understand the sales function and assigned community and make recommendations as business needs evolve.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent and regular attendance.
- Consistently uphold an overall professional appearance demeanor and conduct.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office customer relationship management (CRM) software and other business-related software.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior customer service experience in the customer-facing industry.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
- The employee is frequently required to sit use hands to finger handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand walk climb or balance. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
