Job Description
Are you ready to discover the role of an IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent in Netcompany-Intrasoft
As an IT Logistics and Planning Support Agent you will:
- Process IT equipment requests and follow up on orders and deliveries
- Manage daily stock levels and coordinate logistics and planning
- Communicate with users to schedule equipment delivery and setup
- Create and assign field technician work orders
- Support users during initial laptop setup
- Generate basic activity reports and contribute to operational procedures
- Oversee small-scale work projects
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Fluent in English and French (min. B2) with excellent communication skills
- 3 years experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of IT consumer products
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with basic project tools
- Well-organized reliable and detail-oriented; able to manage schedules and multitask
- Strong analytical thinking problem-solving ability and stress resilience
- Team player results-driven and adaptable in a multicultural environment
