Job Description
1. Developing Recruitment Strategies:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements.
- Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate future hiring needs.
2. Sourcing Candidates:
- Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels (job boards social media professional networks etc.).
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Using Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools to find passive candidates.
3. Screening and Evaluating Candidates:
- Reviewing resumes and applications to assess qualifications and experience.
- Conducting pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
- Administering technical assessments and other evaluation tools to gauge candidate abilities.
- Conducting interviews (phone video in-person) to assess candidates technical and interpersonal skills.
4. Managing the Recruitment Process:
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
5. Building Relationships:
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
- Representing the company as a desirable employer at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Other Responsibilities:
- Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
- Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events.
- Staying updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.
