Job Description

1. Developing Recruitment Strategies:
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and define job requirements.
  • Creating and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to anticipate future hiring needs.
2. Sourcing Candidates:
  • Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels (job boards social media professional networks etc.).
  • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Using Boolean search techniques and other sourcing tools to find passive candidates.
3. Screening and Evaluating Candidates:
  • Reviewing resumes and applications to assess qualifications and experience.
  • Conducting pre-screening calls to evaluate candidates technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Administering technical assessments and other evaluation tools to gauge candidate abilities.
  • Conducting interviews (phone video in-person) to assess candidates technical and interpersonal skills.
4. Managing the Recruitment Process:
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with selected candidates.
  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
5. Building Relationships:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.
  • Representing the company as a desirable employer at industry events and networking opportunities.
  • Fostering a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Other Responsibilities:
  • Creating and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Participating in job fairs and other recruitment events.
  • Staying updated on relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement.
