Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AR & Working Capital Manager to join our team in Dammam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable (AR) processes and optimizing working capital to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accounts receivable department ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming payments.
  • Manage invoicing collection of payments and proper application of cash.
  • Handle deductions and assess credit risk to minimize potential financial losses.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital and improve cash flow.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AR and working capital.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless financial operations and support business growth.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AR clerks providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and working capital management.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification such as CPA CMA or equivalent.
  • Experience in the engineering or construction industry.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian financial regulations and practices.
