Job Description

Your responsibilities as the Head of Marketing will include but not limited to:

  • Ensure that the brand image and reputation is maintained across all regions departments and all current and future collateral is produced in line with Companys standards.
  • Act as the go to contact for all operational marketing requests forging strong relationships with key stakeholders across all departments and third-party partners.
  • Plan and manage all internal and external photo/video shoots for the Company ensuring all relevant stakeholders are thoroughly briefed and prepared ahead of time. Oversee on the direction styling prop gathering post-production and internal approval flows.
  • Manage the end-to-end ideation development production and distribution of all internal and external marketing assets including but not limited to printed brochures sales presenters photography and videography e-commerce and physical items.
  • Manage the marketing events calendar and support on all event activations - including products partnership sponsorships etc.
  • Act as brand guardian across the Company ensuring that all departments colleagues and activations are in line with Companys brand standards and guidelines.
  • Overseeing and leading brand campaign experience across TV radio print outdoor and digital channels.
  • Prepare manage and report the brand & digital marketing budget and its usage
  • Collaborate or engage with creative and media agencies (if necessary) to enhance brand marketing activities and end results.
  • Involve in planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and communications growing awareness of the key audiences including CSR as well as employers branding.
  • To be responsible for the tracking of the Brand KPls working with research agencies.
  • To develop the skills and capabilities within the team to ensure that the Company has best in class marketing staff delivering high quality marketing campaigns.
  • To collaborate with both in-house and external creative and media agencies as well as internal stakeholders to deliver programme of marketing campaigns and communications across a range of paid and owned channels.
  • Collaborate and contribute to any other marketing related activities campaigns or projects.
  • Align on a frequent basis with UK teams to make sure strategy/deliverables are cohesive across markets.
  • Manage the yearly Strategic pillars and OKRs. Compile the KPIs across departments and filter into cohesive strategy as well as quarterly tracking and reporting to the UK.
  • Plan and oversee any major business events including visit from UK Board of Directors (presentations budgets even itinerarys coordination with all teams etc.)
  • Represent the company at any and all necessary PR Events.
  • Link between UK Fraser & SD social accounts to ensure latest SDM & SDI news regarding store/staff/events is updated.
  • Plan and align the brand strategies together with the commercial team (SD & USC) to make sure all marketing activations are clear and aligned.
  • Oversee the FAS football partnership and leverage on all the opportunities and exposure available.
  • Closely monitor sales weekly though Power BI and summarize the strategy for the team in terms of products/brands to drive and provide solutions for problems areas.
  • Drive the sustainability initiative from the company through a marketing lens.
  • Oversea the digital marketing team and make sure the linkage is strong between retail and ecom. (Covers affiliates influencer marketing paid ads content writing etc.)
  • Make sure all retail & VM initiatives in store are 100% aligned to UK standard and direction.
  • Support new business opportunities with marketing planning and resource (jack wills concept store Everlast gyms etc.)
  • Implement any new UK/global marketing strategies and ensure all markets locally are aligned.
  • Any other assignments as directed by immediate superior as and when required.

Qualifications :

Requirement:

Candidate must have the following requirement:

  • Previous experience in marketing preferably in retail industry
  • Have excellent copywriting skills and be an accomplished writer editor and sub-editor
  • Possess project management skills with the ability to drive own projects including but not limited photoshoot
  • The successful candidate must be able to make strong and long-lasting connections with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Fluent English communication proficiency
  • Preferred - Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Creative resourceful out of the box thinker well-organised
  • Knowledgeable about the given field and competition in the market
  • Multi-tasker and able to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Proven great leadership qualities and skills
  • Pro-active / can-do attitude with the ability to deliver end results and make things happen
  • Passion for sports desirable
  • Willing to travel and work on weekend when needed
