Location:Hybrid 12 days/week in Hastings HQ

Travel:Willing to travel for events both UK and international
Contract:
Fixed-term 12-14 months Full-time (37.5 hrs/week)

About the Role

Are you a creative organised and strategic marketing professional with a passion for events Medica is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Events Manager to lead our marketing campaigns and deliver a high-impact events programme across the UK and internationally.

This is a maternity cover role where youll play a pivotal part in shaping our brand presence supporting commercial growth and delivering exceptional experiences at over 30 events annually from major industry exhibitions to bespoke Medica-hosted events.

What Youll Be Doing

Lead the planning and execution of our UK and international events programme (including Chicago Dubai and Singapore)

Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and commercial success

Manage and mentor the Marketing & Events Executive

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and campaigns

Act as brand guardian across all Medica Group entities

Support marketing for Medica Ireland RadMD and Educate by Medica

Oversee creative development using Adobe Suite and CMS tools

Track and manage the marketing budget effectively

Job requirements

Requirements:

5 years in a marketing role with strong events management experience (both industry and owned events)

Proven ability to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Photoshop Illustrator) WordPress and Microsoft Office

Experience working with sales teams and senior stakeholders

A confident creative and organised self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel for events (UK and international)
