JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Ambassador to lead the implementation of our customer portal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing change both internally and externally supporting digital marketing efforts providing training and supporting the onboarding of new customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in change management excellent communication skills and passion for transformation.
This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Change Management:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the customer portal.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and impact of the new portal.
- Develop an external communications plan in partnership with O-Is internal sales team to inform customers about the new portal and its features.
- Utilize various digital channels to reach target audiences and drive portal adoption; including digital marketing campaigns to promote the customer portal.
- Analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Develop plan to capture feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience and monitor and address any resistance to change providing support and guidance as needed.
Training & Onboarding:
- Design and deliver training programs for internal teams and customers on how to use the customer portal.
- Develop training materials including user guides video tutorials and FAQs.
- Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure comprehensive understanding of the portals functionalities.
- Partner with the sales team to create a tools and onboarding process for new customers ensuring a seamless transition to the customer portal.
- Provide personalized support to new customers addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Organizational Psychology Project Management Marketing Communications Information Technology or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in change management digital marketing training and customer onboarding.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Experience with customer portal implementations is a plus.
- English written & oral: Advanced Working Proficiency (C1)

Additional Information :
Hybrid Work Model: We provide a flexible work arrangement requiring employees to be on-site at our office in Centro Comercial Viva Envigado for 2-3 days per week with the remaining days working from home.
Contract Type: This position is offered as a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.
