Whats the role
Youll be the financial compass for some of Westpacs most exciting tech transformations. Based in Sydney this full-time role sits at the heart of the UNITE Finance teamwhere strategy meets action. Youll partner with brilliant minds across the business helping shape the future of tech at Westpac by turning numbers into insights and ideas into impact. Youll be in the office 3 days a week collaborating face-to-face with our team. No two days will look the same and thats exactly how you like it.
What do I need
- You bring extensive experience in financial management within the financial services industryideally with a strong track record in technology or banking finance
- Youre a qualified accountant (CPA CIMA ACA or equivalent) with a commercial mindset and a collaborative spirit.
- Youre a natural at building relationships and influencing decisionsespecially when the stakes are high.
- Youve got a sharp eye for financial detail and a knack for turning complex data into clear actionable insights.
- You thrive in fast-paced ever-evolving environments and have a thorough understanding of all technical finance and accounting competencies.
