As a Senior Product Manager youll take ownership of strategic product areas that impact thousands of users across countries driving innovation and scalability. Youll work cross-functionally to turn insights into solutions that power our expansion and cement Casavo as Europes leading residential real estate marketplace.

General Conditions
- RAL: 50k - 60k (experience based)
- Hybrid Policy: 2 days per week in office

Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager you will have a broad horizontal role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution across multiple aspects of product development. You will be expected to adapt quickly to changing priorities and proactively drive initiatives that create customer and business value. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Define and communicate a product vision grounded in market research customer insights and competitive analysis to guide innovation and alignment with company goals.
- Own and prioritise the product roadmap translating business needs into clear specs and collaborating with engineering to ensure timely high-impact delivery.
- Align product tech sales marketing and support teams around shared goals through effective coordination and cross-functional initiatives.
- Leverage analytics A/B testing and product metrics to inform decisions track impact and drive continuous improvement.
- Champion the customer perspective in product design and GTM efforts ensuring solutions resonate with real needs and pain points.
- Adapt quickly to change take initiative to identify gaps and propose impactful solutions even in ambiguous contexts.
Background & Functional Experience
- Masters degree in Management Business Engineering Computer Science or a related field.
- 35 years in product management with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute data-informed roadmaps in fast-paced tech-driven environments.
- Solid understanding of SQL for data analysis; familiarity with Python and/or low-code tools is a strong plus for automation and prototyping.
- Native Italian speaker with professional English proficiency; French is a bonus.
