As a Product Manager you will be responsible for contributing to the product strategy detailed feature roadmap and ultimate success of your product suite. Being part of the product team means working collaboratively with developers and other key stakeholders to take the right ideas from concept to final delivery and adoption in the market. Responsibilities
Drive the product vision strategy development and execution to establish world-class industry-leading well-adopted products
Assist in the management of the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Gain understanding in market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going conversations with customers and non-customers
Keep one eye on our fast moving environment to ensure we remain well positioned
Support the product road map to meet business objectives & goals
Collaborate closely with development teams to evaluate and iterate on ideas and designs
Qualifications
Required:
2 years experience or combination experience education & superior performance
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
Knowledge of technology
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment
Ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements
Travel Requirements - <10%
Desired:
Knowledge of the commercial small business banking treasury consumer space in relation to both processes and regulations
Working knowledge of Salesforce

The pay range for this role is based on relative market data and alignment with our compensation philosophy. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum of the pay range for each job posting which is used to determine new hire rates/salaries and takes into consideration multiple factors including but not limited to knowledge skills abilities proficiencies experience education licensures/certifications as well as business and organizational needs. nCino reserves the right to modify the posted range consistent with our internal practices and external market movement. The recruiter for this job posting can share more compensation details during the recruitment process as base salary is only one component of the total compensation package per position posted.
The base salary range for this job is:
