To accelerate our growth in the enterprise market were looking for a Product Marketing Lead who can architect positioning influence strategy and establish Doodle as the category leader.
This is a senior high-impact role. Youll open the door to enterprise accounts worth $500K annually bridging product vision with market reality. Youll influence roadmap decisions with deep customer insights develop programs that scale internationally and work with analysts and partners to secure our place in the market landscape. As a mentor and leader youll guide junior PMMs and help build a succession pipeline for the future of the team.
What Youll Do
As PMM Lead youll define the strategy narratives and programs that expand Doodles market leadership and drive enterprise growth.
- Enterprise Positioning & Messaging: Architect frameworks that resonate with C-level decision makers and win enterprise logos.
- Strategic Pricing & Packaging: Develop pricing and packaging architecture tailored to enterprise economics and adoption models.
- Partner Ecosystem Development: Forge tier-1 partnerships that accelerate market reach and strengthen the ecosystem.
- Analyst Relations: Own relationships with Gartner Forrester and others ensuring Doodle is recognized as a category leader.
- Executive Programs: Build and scale executive briefing programs advisory boards and investor communications.
- Executive & Board Reporting: Deliver clear data-driven reporting and narratives for C-level leaders board members and investors.
- Thought Leadership: Drive content strategy executive narratives and media/PR positioning that elevate Doodles profile globally.
- International Expansion: Develop GTM strategies for new markets aligning product and sales motions to local dynamics.
- M&A & Competitive Intelligence: Evaluate market opportunities and threats supporting corporate development and strategic bets.
- Product-Market Fit Measurement: Continuously assess validate and report on enterprise fit adoption and expansion.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence at the highest levels aligning Product Sales and Marketing leadership around shared enterprise goals.
- Mentorship & Team Building: Coach junior PMMs foster talent development and strengthen the teams leadership pipeline.
Our Ideal Candidate
Were looking for a strategic product marketer with executive presence enterprise expertise and the ability to architect GTM systems that scale.
Experience & Expertise
- 710 years of experience in product marketing or related GTM functions with proven enterprise ownership.
- Mastery of enterprise sales methodologies and GTM strategy frameworks.
- Experience influencing product roadmaps with market insights.
- Skilled in strategic pricing/packaging design and financial modeling.
- Proven analyst relations experience including Gartner/Forrester submissions.
- Executive program design and board-level communications expertise.
- Strong background in market sizing TAM analysis and international GTM strategy.
- Comfort with M&A analysis platform/ecosystem strategy and thought leadership campaigns.
- Media training PR strategy and executive narrative building experience.
