We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and manage all supply chain operations across Australia and New Zealand. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced global organization and make a real impact.

Responsibilities:

What You ll Do

Oversee all logistics for Medison ANZ including 3PL/4PL (inbound customs clearance storage transportation order-to-cash) and trade relations.
Lead the development of product supply plans and manage local inventory levels to pre-defined targets.
Drive the Sales & Operations Planning process with internal and external partners.
Manage contracts with suppliers and ensure 3rd party warehouse performance meets KPIs.
Act as the local Subject Matter Expert for NetSuite.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC and support finance on partner reporting.
Review and forecast operations budgets.
Provide leadership and guidance in a global fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

What We re Looking For

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech supply chain management.
Strong knowledge of ANZ pharmaceutical/biotech market operations.
Experience managing senior stakeholders and negotiating with suppliers.
Familiarity with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Strong problem-solving critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and ability to work independently.
Collaborative patient-first mindset with strong business acumen.
