Education
Associates Degree in Nursing(graduate from an accredited school of nursing is required).
Bachelors Degree BSN is preferred.
Masters Degree in a health-related field is preferred.
Experience
Three (3) years of RN clinical experience in acute care settingis required.
One (1) Year of experience in healthcare quality/performance improvement is preferred.
Licenses and Certifications
TX RN - Registered Nurse is required upon hire.
CPHQ - Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality is preferred.

What You Will Do
Serving in the role ofRegistered Nurse Quality Improvement Coordinatoryour work would support Texas Healths commitment to continuous improvement in quality outcomes accountability safety operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills and competencies including data analysis using performance and process improvement methodology and tools a working knowledge of patient safety and high reliability organization principles healthcare regulatory standard and practice standards.
