    Ready to take your technical expertise to the next level Join our dynamic team where youll immerse yourself in becoming a master of our product. Youll be at the forefront providing exceptional technical support via chat tickets and calls ensuring every client interaction is a positive one through proactive engagement and expert de-escalation techniques. Your deep understanding of both Jackrabbit and our clients needs will enable you to offer insightful consultations on optimizing workflows for youth activity centers. From troubleshooting diverse user issues to collaborating on technical solutions with our Development and Research teams youll play a pivotal role in enhancing our product and client satisfaction.     Jackrabbit Support is open from 8 am to 8 pm EST Monday- Friday. We are looking for someone who can work 8 am to 5 pm EST.
