Job Description
Job Summary
- Manages all hospital and outpatient facility corrective and preventive maintenance activities ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of the facility.
- Oversees the planning procurement project management and use of equipment needed to ensure timely and efficient response to work requests and capital projects.
- Develops implements and maintains departmental annual operating budgets ensuring that operations are managed within established guidelines.
- Required Bachelors Degree years of experience in a related field
- 5 years of relevant experience health care facilities Required
