Job Description
This individual will be supporting the regional SRMs Strategic Resource Managers and sales teams through marketing efforts and client communications. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our marketing and communications strategy.
Primary responsibilities include supporting SRM with data clean up marketing projects including event planning client communications marketing efforts proofreading organizing and formatting database lists data input of sales leads and general administrative support. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail be able to work independently while adhering to moving deadlines and feel comfortable communicating progress and needs to colleagues and members of management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains data integrity of our CORE Pipeline/prospecting platform. This includes but is not limited to
o Purging inactive data
o Scrubbing & Loading data from M&As
o Scrubbing & Loading data from prospecting lead lists
- CORE integration projects pushed out from Corporate
- Benchmarking Reports
- Main point of contact for logins needed for HUB Resources/Tools
- Assist with in-person meetings and/or webinars hosted for both our clients and internally
- Participate in corporate sales training sessions
Assist SRMs with:
- RFP design
- Capabilities presentations
- Sell Sheets
- Training producers on tools & resources
- Developing & executing sales campaigns (email & snail mail)
- On-boarding new M&As/producers
Minimum Knowledge Skills & Abilities Required:
- Outstanding communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail
- Technology and Design savvy
- Team player proven customer service or sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced fluid environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Adobe Creative Suite CRM Contact Database Software
