Job Description

Our client is a Private equity-backed global leader in industrial analytics alarm notification andautomated reporting software. We are trusted by manufacturers in industries fromFood & Beverage and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) to Oil and Gas Manufacturing Water / Waste Water and Life Sciences to reduce downtime ensure compliance and boostproductivity through real-time insights and rapid response workflows.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Enterprise Software Sales Executive to drive salesof MES adjacent industrial data solutions. You will own full-cycle salesacross key verticals: Food & Beverage CPG and Life Sciences. Expanding ourfootprint while exceeding $1M targets. This person is as comfortable navigating aplant floor as they are closing at the C-suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle sales ownership from prospecting qualifying negotiating and closingenterprise opportunities.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive both expansion within ourcurrent client base and acquisition of net new logos across target verticalsincluding Food & Beverage CPG and Life Sciences.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at the plant and corporatelevel (Operations Engineering IT and Procurement).
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineers solution architects marketing andpartners to build compelling solutions.
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue using Salesforce.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of SCADA alarm management and analytics.
  • Stay current on regulatory mandates competitive offerings and regulatorydynamics affecting digital manufacturing.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of successful enterprise software sales experience specifically inMES industrial automation or related manufacturing software.
  • Proven track record of exceeding $ 1 M annual quotas and selling into industrialmanufacturing plants.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing operations in Food & Beverage CPG orLife Sciences industries is a big plus.
  • Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Consultative selling style fluent in articulating ROI and business value.
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with common MES platforms (AVEVA Siemens Rockwell GEDigital Ignition).
  • Understanding of manufacturing KPIs (OEE downtime MTTR MTTF) alarmmanagement and digital transformation imperatives like Industry 4.0.
  • Bachelors in Engineering Business or related preferred.
  • MBA is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • OTE $280000-$310000 ($140-$155k base / $140-$155k variable at target).
