Captura Hall is seeking a highly motivated and professional Customer Service Agent to join our Tampa-based team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers providing prompt and effective support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer concerns determining the cause and offering appropriate solutions
Document interactions and update customer records accurately
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth resolution of customer issues
Maintain knowledge of company products policies and procedures
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree is a plus
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
