This newly created position is part of the rapid expansion in the freight team covering air sea road transport and warehouse.
The Challenges
- Coordinate shipment schedules bookings and prepare documents required for international shipping (air sea and road transport) document
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry for tracking shipments processing orders and providing quotes.
- Monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination proactively communicate any delays and managing client expectations
- Prepare quotation based on customer needs attend to problems interest and propose competitive rates
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and offering solutions to enhance their logistics experience for new products and services.
- Answer customer inquiries schedule meetings attend sales appointments.
What It Takes
- At least 2-3 years of experience in inside sales must be in Freight Forwarding shipping and or Logistics
- Experience in administration and high-volume office work.
- Self-motivated with multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications especially excel.
