Job Description
Were looking for a strategic data-driven and results-oriented Program Manager to lead high-impact Sales & Marketing initiatives across our EU shops. Youll play a key role in shaping how discounts and promotions drive growth optimize profitability and enhance the customer experience.
Think of this as part strategy part execution and all impact. Youll partner closely with Marketing Pricing Regional Sales Merchandising Operations and Tech to ensure were delivering the right promotions to the right customers at the right time.
What Youll Do:
Lead & optimize promotional strategies to drive revenue growth efficiency and brand impact.
Turn complex data into actionable insightssupporting both local market execution and central strategy.
Collaborate across teams (Marketing Sales Tech Product) to deliver scalable high-performing promotions.
Solve hard problems at scale using data to fine-tune pricing efficiency and customer engagement.
Own stakeholder communication aligning regional sales teams and senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications :
What were looking for:
3-5 years of experience in eCommerce retail consulting or a data-driven marketing function.
Strong analytical mindsetadvanced Excel required SQL preferred.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally influence stakeholders and deliver results.
A passion for solving complex problems with structured thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Fluency in English (bonus if you speak another European language).
