SBS are looking for a Key Account Manager who is proactive organised and confident in building strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commercial contractual and relationship aspects of a portfolio of clients while also driving revenue growth through strategic upselling cross-selling and the acquisition of new business opportunities.
You will act as a key point of contact working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs ensure account objectives are met and identify areas for continued collaboration and growth. You will play a key role in expanding SBSs presence within existing accounts by aligning our services with client priorities while also identifying and engaging new clients to drive incremental value and revenue growth.
This is a visible and varied role that involves managing important relationships supporting delivery outcomes and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client expectations.
