Leidos is seeking an Administrative Assistant at Pueblo Chemical Depot CO to support our environmental projects at the facility. The candidate will work with Leidos Project Managers Task Managers and Senior Staff and interface with multiple Leidos offices. Excellent organization written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders are essential to success in this role.

Your Main Objectives:
Assist in creating an electronic Administrative Record for Pueblo Chemical Depot
Maintain physical Administrative Record onsite at Pueblo Chemical Depot
Assist in project setup monitoring maintaining project files and closeout activities.
Participate in project team meetings.
Effectively communicate with project team members and clients.
Assist in the preparation copying data entry and assembling of complex technical documents including reports specifications databases and spreadsheets.
Prepare meeting agendas meeting minutes PowerPoint presentation and project schedules.
General office duties as requested.
What Sets You Apart:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of work experience in similar position at Pueblo Chemical Depot.
Access to and proficiency with the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Activitys Knowledge Management System (KMS).
Strong analytical with ability to sort through complex documentation.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
Must possess a valid drivers license and pass government background checks to access and work on U.S. Government installations. Due to contract requirements only U.S. Citizens and U.S. Permanent Residents will be considered.
