Were looking for a Service & Repair Manager 2 in our Livingston TX and Justin TX.

What youll do:

  • Provide operations leadership for our Livingston TX and Justin TX Service Center

  • Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your region

  • Coach and develop 15 technical employees

  • Coordinate technician and contact labor for job execution

  • Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service center

  • Ensure the timely maintenance availability and reliability of fleet for deployment

  • Partner with the sales fleet and logistics teams

  • Leverage general understanding of power generators diesel engines electrical distribution equipment HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors

  • Act as safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetings

Were experts which means youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Minimum of an Associates degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Electrical

  • 5 years of relevant operations leadership experience

  • 5 years of direct management of technical employees

  • Manage P&L of 5 years of reporting and analysis

  • Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP system

  • Excellent interpersonal teamwork customer service and Leadership skills

  • Strong organizational skills and Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting priorities
