Job Summary

Applies acquired job skills to work on tasks that are semi-routine in nature. Focus is on semi-routine tasks within standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team.

Responsibilities

Tracks and receives daily shipments

Receives and verifies deliveries

Updates Oracle and verify notes details and instructions

Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices

Maintains records of received goods rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary

Moves and packs large high-cost equipment

Prepares and maintains records of materials shipped

May operate a forklift

May perform other duties as assigned
Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Qualifications

Strong customer service skills

Able to multi-task and detail oriented

Able to lift heavy items; knows proper lifting and handling techniques

Able to utilize material-handling equipment and/or forklifts

Able to perform all essential job functions including walking standing bending stooping climbing lifting and manual dexterity with or without reasonable accommodation

Understands and exhibits safe working practices e.g. proper tool safety eye protection ladder safety etc.

Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel; Access a plus

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 - 2 years of related experience. Experienced working in a warehouse environment or data center is preferred

Standard material handling equipment and forklift operation experience

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

California (Non-SF/Bay Area) Connecticut Maryland New York New Jersey Washington state: $44000 to $66000 per year

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role level and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education and/or training.
