Job Description

Job Title: Operations Coordinator for Supply Chain & Logistics

Contractor Fee: $2000/$2500month (USD)

Work Arrangement: Remote

Engagement Type: Independent Contractor

Commitment: Full-time (Approx. 40 hours/week)

About This Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Operations Manager to join the growing team of one of our consumer goods clients. The ideal candidate has strong time management skills and a natural ability to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Youll be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy warehouse efficiency and a top-tier customer experience. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership with day-to-day responsibilities ranging from systems management to team oversight. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily warehouse operations inventory flow and shipping processes

  • Manage customer support operations escalations and service systems

  • Supervise and support Operations and Support Associates

  • Monitor and report on trends in customer service shipping and inventory

  • Forecast raw materials and finished goods to maintain stock readiness

  • Create purchase orders and confirm accurate receiving and labeling

  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams on planning and timelines

  • Implement and refine warehouse best practices and organization systems

  • Lead cycle counts and manage ERP-driven inventory accuracy

  • Identify areas for operational improvements and implement solutions

Software/Platforms/Tools:

  • Shopify

  • Slack

  • Google Sheets / Data Studio

  • NetSuite or (ERP)

  • Gorgias or Richpanel

  • Email and phone support systems

  • Internal inventory tools

  • Shipping carrier portals

  • Basic project management tools

  • Warehouse barcode and labeling tools

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years of freelancing experience

  • 4 years in warehouse operations or manufacturing roles

  • Excellent English communication skills written and verbal

  • Strong background in inventory shipping and ERP systems

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Effective communicator with team leadership experience

  • Customer-first mindset with escalation handling experience

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced lean team

  • Comfortable using multiple tech tools and platforms

Shift Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 9am5pm US MST
