What Youll Do:
Assist in preparing legal documents including briefs motions and filings for EOIR USCIS and federal court.
Manage complex cases and maintain deadlines with precision
Coordinate with clients to gather documents provide updates and schedule appointments
Research procedures related to immigration issues
Communicate with government agencies including USCIS EOIR ICE and federal courts

What Were Looking For:
Passion for immigration law
Prior experience in a legal setting is a plus
Strong attention to detail follow-through and problem-solving
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-energy environment
Spanish fluency required
Bachelors degree or paralegal certification a bonus
