This is a remote position.

**Must have 2 years legal intake experience ideally in family law or PI (MUST HAVE WORKED IN LEGAL INTAKE**

This role is designed for a sharp compassionate and resilient individual with strong legal intake experience who thrives in a fast-paced high-growth environment. As one of the first voices our clients will hearoften during some of the most difficult moments in their livesyoull play a critical role in screening cases scheduling consultations signing retainers and delivering exceptional service with empathy and urgency. Description:

$17-20/hour base bonuses

Full-Time Multiple Available

High-growth legal call center - needing highly motivated independent sharp gritty emotionally intelligent teammates to help us take it to the top.

Were not another robotic call shop. Were the human connection behind law firms nationwideconverting chats into cases clients into action and first-touch into full trust. What Youll Be Doing:

  • Handling a large volume of outbound calls within 1 minute of receipt
  • Following up on a large volume of calls being chased (Approx 50-75 daily)
  • Taking sporadic inbound calls from call backs on outbound attempts with care curiosity and calm under pressure
  • Screening cases (especially family law) with empathy urgency
  • Scheduling attorney consults signing retainers/contracts
  • Following up via call text and email
  • Meeting and exceeding quotas like its your side hustle (but this is your main hustle)
  • Assisting with all hands on deck projects if we need help setting up systems running new projects putting out fires; youre there
  • Bringing ideas to streamline ops tech and results
  • Being the person we trust to help us scale this rocket ship
  • Entering details accurately clearly and with intention.
  • Give 5 Star Customer experience
  • Helping hundreds of people in need a month with a phone call on what is likely the worst time of their life.


Hours

  • Full-time set schedule once launched 7 days/week coverage between 9AM11PM EST; Weekends are a must- we can rotate days/weekends
  • May work day shift or afternoon shift
  • No holidays off we serve law firms when clients need them most
  • Were still finalizing exact shifts but if youre all in well make it work.
  • This is not for the clock-in clock-out crowd. We want teammates who are dedicated reliable and ready to grow something from the ground up.


Requirements

  • 2 years legal intake experience ideally in family law or PI (MUST HAVE WORKED IN LEGAL INTAKE- no getting around this one sorry) preferably in high-volume firm taking at least 15-20 IB calls or at least 50 OB calls a day
  • Large Large volume of outbound calls!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication youll take a live writing/typing test
  • Reliable high-speed internet backup connection
  • Quiet distraction-free workspace
  • Not a primary caregiver during shift hours
  • Tech-savvy fast learner
  • Resilient and adaptable- this isnt going to be perfect- were going to change a LOT and frequently until we get it right again this is a start up.
  • U.S.-based 18 years old
  • Ability to Multi-Task yet stay organized and on top of it all!
  • Start Up mentality- the person we can go to for it all.
  • Hungry- cant leave a lead untouched desire to win by calling connecting with and converting the most leads while providing exceptional service
  • Nights Weekends Holiday availability with OT!

  • Experience with intake or call center software from a programming standpoint
  • Data tracking reporting or dashboards
  • Process improvement and scaling know-how
  • Startup energy youve built or helped build something from the ground up
  • Sales/Contract Signing Experience in a Law Firm
