The role:
Were in scale-up mode and we are growing (fast!). Our teams have gone from strength to strength with our Sales team smashing targets along the way. Our Account Executives play a pivotal role in Tracksuits growth through mapping out and bringing in new business ventures. As one of our AEs you will be encouraged to think outside the box and always be looking for growth/sales opportunities and will be empowered and supported to drive your own sales process.

Tracksuit is a tool but more than that its a community for brand marketers and ambitious leaders of growth brands. The human that thrives in this role should be incredibly excited about connecting with the best brands and agencies in the world to help shape the way modern consumer companies are built.

You will be responsible for:

    • Responsible for growing new business revenue and new customer acquisition (its a sales role)
    • Working with the AU Sales manager and wider Sales team to develop and iterate the sales strategy and processes
    • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing business - including multichannel outreach inc social media email & phone calls at scale
    • Delivering effective and engaging product demonstrations of the value of Tracksuit tailored to clients needs through storytelling case studies and other materials
    • Closing $960k of AU-based ARR in the first 12 months
    • You will be supported by a high-octane friendly yet deadly-effective marketing function partnerships manager and sales team who will bolster your pipeline with fantastic leads

Key characteristics:

    • Success in a quota-carrying role preferably in SaaS martech advertising or media sales start-up
    • Excellent results in B2B outbound sales demos via video conferencing and enthusiasm to improve and execute
    • The capability confidence and willingness to manage an entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing business (we can turn deals around in about 30 days so you wont get bored)
    • Experience in mid-market to enterprise selling
    • Thoughtful kind and empathetic
    • An activity-based mindset and are goal-oriented
    • Loves networking attending events and is excited to be the face of one of Australias fastest growing startups
    • Is excited about meeting and working with the worlds best brand marketers brand leaders and agency partners
$120000 - $240000 a year
We practice transparent compensation at Tracksuit which means we put a real focus on fair compensation for our people and their roles.

We run comprehensive full-cycle comp reviews annually as well as rolling promotions when youve levelled up. Your salary is supplemented with our best-in-class benefits package as well as generous ESOP.

Please note this role also includes variable compensation paid quarterly - $120000 base - $240000 OTE.
