Minimum 5-7 years progressive experience in accounting and/or tax.
Prior experience in loan/lease and/or accounts payable preferred.
Bachelors degree in accounting.
General accounting background with an understanding of U.S. GAAP.
Ability to drive change and incorporate technology enhancements.
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel to manage and reconcile large datasets.
Strong analytical and organization skills; solution oriented.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Must be able to establish an elevated level of credibility with all levels of internal operations and external clients.
High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting standing and walking vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.

What to Expect
The Corporate Disbursements & Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions related to disbursements vendor payments accrued expenses and month-end financial reporting for HCA. This role will function as the point of contact to the business regarding disbursement issues and their resolution and provide guidance to team members. The Corporate Disbursements & Accounting Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions related to disbursements vendor payments accrued expenses and month-end financial reporting for HCA. This role will function as the point of contact to the business regarding disbursement issues and their resolution and provide guidance to team members.
What You Will Do
1. Manage and Support of Disbursement Transactions
Oversee all aspects of disbursement operations dealer and vendor payments and accounts payable.
Review and approve OPEX accruals and support the monthly variance analysis process.
Reconcile customer refund suspense activities identify reconciling items research the cause and implement solutions.
Function as point of contact to business regarding disbursement issues and provides recommendations and resolution.
Other duties as assigned.
2. Maintain Compliance
Promote a well-controlled environment which includes developing and maintaining policies and procedures reviewing and approving monthly ledger account reconciliations managing and mitigating compliance and operational risks through effective financial controls.
3. Process Improvement
Drive process improvements and promote operational efficiency initiatives to reduce processing time eliminate redundancies and optimize automation.
