EXPERIENCE: Required: 3-5 years in progressive HR roles with at least 3 years in benefits. Knowledge in HR research methodology survey development statistics and data analysis and reporting. Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Power Point Outlook. HRIS Experience maintaining confidential data.
