Were looking for a confident and charismatic Community Host (full time) to help organise reception and meet and greet our members at Square Works.
Square Works offers the only high-end and fully serviced offices and co-working space within a private members club in Bristol. As two-time winner of the Bristol Property Awards best co-working space award this is a business that is going from strength to strength with this exciting position providing the opportunity to be a key part of the action!This is more than just a working space - it is a community where our members enjoy an exciting programme of members events including networking wellbeing and social events on a regular basis (hello prosecco Thursdays!). It is a also a dog-friendly space where every day is bring your pooch to work day! As a member of the Square Works team you will play an active role in some of these events.

Hours of work & salary
- Full time 40 hours per week
- You will work to a fixed pattern usually working 11am-7pm Monday-Friday. On occasion there may be some variation from this pattern where you could work 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm (still Monday-Friday)
- Package of 27480 comprising a basic salary of 25480 plus 2000 in on-target bonuses
Details of the Community Host role:
- Welcoming visitors and members developing relationships that reflect the Square Works vision
- Complete on-boarding process (we use Nexudus) for all new members ensuring they have everything they need to get started as soon as possible
- Use the members portal to ensure that all members enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently
- Responding to phone/email enquiries on reception by referring them to the right person (Head of Community Community Manager Facilities and Operations Manager or Community Lead)
- Maintain accurate and timely administration records of work tasks on front of house daily reports and weekly meetings to ensure all information is handed over correctly and followed up efficiently
- Assisting with the set up and management of any members events
- Assisting with operational and administrative tasks
- Handle any complaints effectively and in line with the Square Works guidelines
- Carrying out viewings and show-arounds for prospective members upselling all that Square Works has on offer
Who are we looking for in our next Community Host
You will excel at customer service; have a nothing is too much trouble attitude a positive nature and an unflappable temperament. You will be a confident communicator and be a fantastic advocate for the Square Works brand and values. Youll be extremely organised and able to handle the administrative side of the role whilst coping with any interruptions that may occur if members have questions. You will also show exceptional attention to detail be trustworthy and have a great sense of humour!
