The Opportunity:
Are you a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer who wants to be responsible for overseeing and managing various civil engineering projects from conception to completion Are you looking to advance your career into leadership We have an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Civil Engineering professionals.
Working primarily in the Greenfield/Land Development space to deliver multi-stage master-planned subdivisions throughout Queensland youll want to work closely with other engineers planners and construction professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality. This role includes overseeing project planning design deliverables and client liaison with team leadership being a core part of this opportunity.

Requirements:
A minimum qualification of Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution.
Have Chartered Professional Engineer status and be Registered Professional Engineer Queensland (RPEQ) qualified with 8 to 10 years experience working as a civil engineer.
Proven track record in allocation of team resources coordinating resources designs and projects both internal and external to successfully deliver services to client requirements and add value to client projects.
Experience in interacting with clients and project teams agreeing on deliverables and managing resources to deliver projects.
Demonstrated and proven experience in managing a range of subdivision projects of varying size and complexity.
Experience in civil design pavements and earthworks for various development sites through design and site construction/superintendence.
Strong technical skills from first principles to using software.
Proficient in utilising Australian Standards relevant to Civil Design.
Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
Willing and able to mentor young engineers.
