About the Role:
As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative youll play a critical role in the success of the agency. Youll be part of a collaborative and supportive team working alongside Producers and Account Managers to deliver prompt efficient and high-quality service to clients. Your responsibilities will primarily focus on customer service and administrative tasksmaking this a truly comprehensive role. Its an excellent fit for someone looking for a career path into an Account Management role.
Who Were Looking For:
- Residential Tennessee Property & Casualty License
- 1-4 years of experience as a CSR and/or Account Manager in Commercial Lines
- Strong organizational and communication skills and basic knowledge of insurance products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and agency software such as Vertafore products
- A proactive client-focused mindset eager to provide high-quality service and manage accounts from start to finish
