Description

Position Title:LearningProgram Manager Talent Management

Location: Dallas TX

Your roleTheLearningProgram Managersupports the philosophy approach and execution of the talent management strategy and programs. This position is also responsible for the program management of all formal learning and career development programs including professional and leadership development programs. Additionally the role will be responsible for the administration configuration and support of all learning systems including but not limited to Absorb (LMS) LinkedIn Learning and WalkMe. This role involves managing system governance monitoring system performance partnering with the IT team for technical support and ensuring that the systems meet the educational needs of the organization.

What youll do

  • Program Management Support: Collaborate with talent management team members to plan communicate implement and evaluate learning tools for all learning and development programs. Assist in course setup tracking progress managing timelines planning communications and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations and governance of systems including user account management course management and system learning/course configuration.
  • Collaboration: Work with instructional designers content developers IT staff and vendors to integrate new features into training and learning systems and support system development initiatives. Ongoing partnership with global HR business partners to enhance delivery and design of current learning programs and identify solutions to meet training requests.
  • Support: Provide support for employee training program inquires and general learning opportunities. Assist the IT Administrator to support basic inquiries regarding all learning systems. Provide logistical support vendor delivery of formal training programs at various global training locations.
  • Admin Training: Develop user guides and deliver training sessions for system admin on how to effectively use training and learning systems features and reporting.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports on user activity course completion and system usage to inform stakeholders and support decision-making. Support user admin reporting requests and training. Support talent dashboard reporting related to formal learning programs.
  • System Maintenance & Enhancements: support regular system updates backups and monitoring to ensure optimal performance and security of Absorb LMS and LinkedIn Learning file feeds. Partner with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system issues promptly coordinating with vendors and IT support as necessary.
  • Compliance: Ensure the training and learning systems comply with relevant regulations and standards including accessibility requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements and best practices for all training and learning systems and internal programs.

What youll need

  • Bachelors degree
  • Strong technical or systems background excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for leveraging technology to support professional development.
  • Proven experience with learning systems (Absorb LMS or similar learning management systems and WalkMe preferred).
  • Experience in training and development; preferably in managing learning programs.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with data reporting tools and techniques (eqtble Excel or similar tools)

Preferred Qualifications but not required:

  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools. (Smartsheet or similar tools)
  • Knowledge of eLearning standards (e.g. SCORM xAPI).
  • Certification in relevant LMS technologies or instructional design.
