Whats in your playbook:
- Aligning HR strategy with business goals like a boss
- Responsible for managing ALL HR-related queries and tasks
- Navigating Bulgarian and UK Labour & Employment Law HR policies compliance and best practices with confidence
- Coaching leaders supporting managers and enabling teams to do their best work
- Owning the full employee lifecycle: onboarding growth performance and beyond
- Acting as the guardian of our culture and the voice of our values
- Bringing data insight and heart to every decision
You bring:
- A minimum of 8 years of HRBP experience (preferably in startups or scale-ups)
- Deep understanding of Bulgarian and UK Labour & Employment Law and people operations
- Strategic thinking with a bias for action you dont just advise you drive
- A collaborative spirit high EQ and a passion for making workplaces better every day
