Job Description
RN - Emergency Department 13-weeks Contract
- Start Date: ASAP STARTS ONLY!
- Location: Rome NY 13440
- Shift: 12-hour nights
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2124 - $2268
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate patient care based on best practices.
- Respond quickly to medical emergencies and stabilize patients.
- Administer medications IV therapies and emergency interventions.
- Monitor patient conditions and document all findings accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians healthcare teams and other departments.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized environment for patient care.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years
Certifications (Required):
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)
Note:
- Locals accepted local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 50 miles.
