Position Title: Course Delivery Coordinator
Department: Operations
Location: Palarivattom Kochi
Reports To: Head of Service Delivery
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Course Delivery Coordinator to oversee the successful implementation and delivery of our products and services. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing programs ensuring customer satisfaction and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and great customer experience. This role requires a blend of technical expertise program management skills and a passion for education technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Management:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of programs ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Develop detailed program plans including scope timelines resources and key milestones.
- Monitor program progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the delivery phase.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Provide regular updates to customers on project status milestones and deliverables.
- Address customer concerns immediately and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development tech content and support to ensure seamless project .
- Assign tasks set priorities and ensure team members have the resources they need to succeed.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices in program management and delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and improve delivery methodologies to enhance customer success
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive program documentation including plans schedules risk and escalation registers.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Technology Education or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management preferably in the EdTech or technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and with great customer experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing customer relationships.
- Skills:
- Strong program management skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Technical aptitude and understanding of learning management systems.
- Experience with data analytics.
