Process Documentation & Support
Update and organize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Maintain visual process maps (e.g. )
Ensure documentation is accessible and current
Task & Workflow Coordination
Manage task tracking tools (e.g. Asana) and monitor deadlines
Flag bottlenecks and ensure team adherence to workflows
Track process metrics for review
Operations & Compliance
Collect feedback from cross-functional teams for process improvements
Help onboard and train staff on tools and systems
Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation standards
Continuous Improvement
Identify inefficiencies and suggest optimizations
Assist with automation and workflow streamlining initiatives
Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Admin Industrial Engineering or related field
Experience: 1 3 years in business operations admin support or process documentation
Tools: Familiar with Asana/Trello Google Workspace or MS Office
Skills: Strong organizational skills attention to detail proactive mindset
