Job Description

  • Identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling networking referrals and inbound leads.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive offerings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product support) to deliver tailored solutions.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations proposals and reports.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.

  • Attend industry events conferences and meetings to expand network and generate leads.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs problems interests and market conditions.



  • Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

  • Proficient in CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM Salesforce or HubSpot).

  • Excellent presentation and pitching skills both virtual and in-person.

  • Good understanding of the sales funnel prospecting techniques and pipeline management.

  • Results-driven with a passion for relationship-building and closing deals.

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools email marketing platforms and productivity software (e.g. Microsoft 365 Google Workspace).

  • Basic understanding of sales analytics and reporting.
