Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Present promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive offerings.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing product support) to deliver tailored solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations proposals and reports.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
Attend industry events conferences and meetings to expand network and generate leads.
Provide feedback to management on customer needs problems interests and market conditions.
Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
Proficient in CRM tools (preferably Zoho CRM Salesforce or HubSpot).
Excellent presentation and pitching skills both virtual and in-person.
Good understanding of the sales funnel prospecting techniques and pipeline management.
Results-driven with a passion for relationship-building and closing deals.
Familiarity with lead generation tools email marketing platforms and productivity software (e.g. Microsoft 365 Google Workspace).
Basic understanding of sales analytics and reporting.
