Position Title: Business Development Representative - Healthcare / Aged Care
Work Set-up: Full-Time / Work From Home
Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30 AM 3:30 PM PH Time (8:30 AM 5:30 PM AEST)
Salary Range: Php 50000.00 Php 70000.00 gross salary package depending on experience

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to support our client s growth by nurturing relationships with existing healthcare clients and identifying new opportunities within the aged care industry.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting AU or US healthcare clients with excellent spoken English (neutral accent) and the ability to build rapport with decision-makers in residential and clinical care settings. This role is not tech sales focused it requires industry understanding people skills and consistent follow-through.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow the existing client database by building strong consistent relationships with client Points of Contact (POCs)
Proactively check in with clients to offer shift coverage understand staffing needs and promote available talent
Work closely with the recruitment and allocations team to match client requests with available candidates
Connect with new aged care facilities clinics and healthcare organisations to introduce the company s staffing solutions
Conduct outbound calls and email follow-ups to generate new leads and set appointments for the client s sales or operations team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and upsell additional shifts or services
Monitor client satisfaction and flag concerns for resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and follow-through
Qualifications:
2 3 years of business development account management or recruitment coordination experience
Prior experience supporting clients in Australian or US healthcare and/or aged care sectors
Clear neutral English accent must be comfortable and confident speaking with Australian clients
Strong relationship-building skills both over the phone and via email
Able to identify opportunities for upselling services and deepening account engagement
Comfortable using CRM systems to manage tasks leads and follow-ups
Excellent time management and follow-through
A friendly professional and proactive approach with genuine care for client success
