The firm is currently in an expansion phase and is gearing up to launch a lending-focused fin-tech platform targeting mid-market and SME clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate and structure investment banking transactions on the buy side in the real estate sector.
- Identify and acquire new clients (Real Estate Developers) for funding and advisory mandates.
- Manage existing key accounts to generate new business and referrals.
- Stay updated on market trends in real estate funding and wholesale lending.
- Participate in mandate discussions negotiate term sheets and structure deals end-to-end.
- Collaborate with sell-side counterparts for successful transaction closure.
- Prepare and review investor collaterals such as pitch books investment memos and financial models.
- Conduct detailed analysis of proposals across funding land deals strategy and asset management opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Must-Have Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 6 years of relevant experience in real estate financing with Banks NBFCs AIFs HFCs RE Funds or IPCs
- Alternatively experience in SME/Mid-Market lending/advisory with a proven track record
- MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 institutions preferred
- Strong network in the developer and fund ecosystem
- Exposure to the complete deal cycle (from origination to closure)
