Job Role : Support ITSM discovery service mapping and issue resolution using ServiceNow ITOM across cloud and on-premise environments.
Must-Have Skills: ServiceNow ITOM (Discovery & Service Mapping) Hands-on expertise Application Mapping Experience mapping 50 enterprise/cloud applications (e.g. Azure AD Mulesoft Apigee SharePoint) Pattern & Probe Debugging Proficient in modifying/debugging ServiceNow patterns and probes Protocols & Scripting Strong understanding of HTTP SNMP TCP SOAP REST and scripting formats like XML/JSON System Administration Solid grasp of server and network administration Security & Infra Tools Familiar with CyberArk virtualization load balancers databases and credential management Troubleshooting Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Operational Excellence Ability to independently resolve tickets perform RCA and handle escalations within SLA
