Job Description

As a Sales Development Manager you ll take the lead in qualifying marketing leads designing re-engagement campaigns refining workflows and optimizing CRM and automation tools driving pipeline movement and sales success at a global scale.

Shift: 03:00 PM 11:00 PM (Macedonia Afternoon Shift)
Work setup: Hybrid Macedonia

Your Daily Tasks

Inbound Call & Chat Management

  • Design and oversee a scalable call answering and chat management strategy
  • Ensure high-quality engagement with prospects across all inbound channels

MQL to SQL Conversion

  • Take full ownership of converting MQLs to SQLs
  • Ensure an efficient qualification process that leads to discovery calls

Pipeline Management & Acceleration

  • Identify SQLs that are stalled in the sales funnel
  • Implement re-engagement strategies to move leads forward

Cold/Nurture Lead Re-Engagement

  • Work with the marketing team to re-engage dormant leads
  • Convert inactive contacts into active opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns

Process & Workflow Optimization

  • Develop and refine SDR workflows and lead follow-up cadences
  • Create call scripts chat playbooks and automation strategies to improve efficiency

Technology & Automation

  • Implement CRM tools and automation platforms
  • Optimize systems for maximum efficiency and performance

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek

Proven SDR Leadership Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading SDR teams
  • Strong track record in driving pipeline acceleration and lead conversion

Results-Oriented & Strategic

  • Focused on measurable outcomes and increasing sales velocity
  • Skilled in creating and executing strategies that optimize SDR performance

Process & Tech-Savvy

  • Experienced in building and automating inbound call and chat management systems
  • Proficient in developing CRM workflows and lead qualification frameworks
  • Knowledgeable in sales automation platforms and engagement tools

Data-Driven Decision Maker

  • Uses data and analytics to improve outreach strategies and conversion rates
  • Comfortable making decisions based on performance metrics and insights

Customer-Centric Communicator

  • Prioritizes quality engagement in every interaction
  • Ensures inbound calls and chats are handled efficiently and effectively

Effective Leader & Coach

  • Strong ability to mentor coach and scale high-performing SDR teams
