As a Sales Development Manager you ll take the lead in qualifying marketing leads designing re-engagement campaigns refining workflows and optimizing CRM and automation tools driving pipeline movement and sales success at a global scale.

Your Daily Tasks
Inbound Call & Chat Management
- Design and oversee a scalable call answering and chat management strategy
- Ensure high-quality engagement with prospects across all inbound channels
MQL to SQL Conversion
- Take full ownership of converting MQLs to SQLs
- Ensure an efficient qualification process that leads to discovery calls
Pipeline Management & Acceleration
- Identify SQLs that are stalled in the sales funnel
- Implement re-engagement strategies to move leads forward
Cold/Nurture Lead Re-Engagement
- Work with the marketing team to re-engage dormant leads
- Convert inactive contacts into active opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns
Process & Workflow Optimization
- Develop and refine SDR workflows and lead follow-up cadences
- Create call scripts chat playbooks and automation strategies to improve efficiency
Technology & Automation
- Implement CRM tools and automation platforms
- Optimize systems for maximum efficiency and performance

Proven SDR Leadership Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading SDR teams
- Strong track record in driving pipeline acceleration and lead conversion
