We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Rabat Morocco. As a Medical Representative you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals while building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share
- Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to healthcare professionals
- Organize and attend medical conferences seminars and workshops to promote company products
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends providing regular reports to management
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials and sales strategies
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly
- Stay updated on the latest medical advancements and product developments in the pharmaceutical industry
- Travel within Morocco to meet with healthcare professionals and attend industry events
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations
- Knowledge of medical ethics and compliance
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Fluency in Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus
- Valid Moroccan drivers license and willingness to travel within the country
- Sales certification (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
