Job Description
- Manage IFRS-based financial reporting for multiple legal entities (monthly quarterly annually) including consolidation
- Lead and develop a team of four group accountants
- Ensure accurate presentation of financial statements and execution of IFRS adjustments from HGB
- Contribute to internal and external audit processes
- Drive improvements in reporting processes and align with key stakeholders
- Ensure timely and compliant financial closings across the group
Qualifications :
- Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field; professional qualification (e.g. ACCA CPA) is a plus
- Several years of experience in audit and financial reporting with strong IFRS knowledge preferably in a dynamic environment
- Proven leadership experience managing a small team
- Experience with Lucanet and advanced Excel skills required; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar tools is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a strong advantage
