Position: Technical Support Specialist

As a Technical Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues installing and configuring computer systems and maintaining network and system security. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all technical issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
