Role: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Tokyo Japan
We are partnering with a leading machinery manufacturing company that is looking to hire a Sales Support this role you will support the sales team by handling administrative duties processing orders assisting with customer service and coordinating with internal departments to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Sales Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders manage local deliveries and track stock availability
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support sales team by maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely reporting
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory to balance supply demand and costs
- Maintain effective communication with internal departments and clients
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling filing and travel arrangements
- Generate leads assist with account updates and follow up on customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors degree (Engineering background is a plus)
- 1 3 years experience in sales administration or support
- Proficient in ERP/CRM systems and MS Excel
- Business-level Japanese; familiarity with Japanese business culture to support Japanese clients
- Strong communication multitasking and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented organized and able to work under pressure
- Solid understanding of sales processes and customer service practices
- Knowledge of import/export processes
