Job Description

Role: Program Officer Health Community Intervention Damoh MP
Experience: 3-6 years
Salary: Up to 8.5 LPA

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integrated maternal and child health models at the block level.
  • Conduct Community Need Assessments and build intervention plans.
  • Support the integration of existing platforms for system sustainability.
  • Identify and train field cadre on community mobilization.
  • Liaise with block/district officials to ensure quality program delivery.
  • Provide M&E support and design adaptable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Training and Implementation team.
  • Support documentation case studies innovations and research.
  • Contribute to the fellowship journey for co-creating professionals.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree (Masters in Social Work/Business Admin/Rural Management preferable).
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in community development livelihood projects or SHG mobilization.
  • Strong analytical planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and independently.
  • Clear written and oral communication in Hindi & English (local dialects advantageous).
