What You Will Do:
- Regionally oversee a small cluster of Assisted Living and Memory Care properties from an operational and clinical standpoint.
- Identify and help resolve operational and clinical issues in communities through QA process and collaborative approach.
- Monitors the implementation of current policies and procedures which reflect adherence to corporate and external regulatory guidelines. Reviews new regulatory directives and implements changes as needed.
- Schedules site visits to provide training guidance and communication to support autonomy and accountability.
- Participates in State and Federal surveys and compliance investigations. Supports and follows up with communities in identifying trends and assists in the development of corrective action plans and troubleshooting resolutions.
- Monitors clinical and operational platforms (accounting clinical sales etc.) and takes a proactive approach to addressing opportunities and trends.
- Reports to Jaybird Senior Living leaders and ownership on community performance along with action plans to improve.
Why You Are Qualified:
- RN license in good standing
- 5 years management experience (senior living experience preferred)
- Ability to travel between properties on a regular basis
- Comfort with financial and clinical software; data reporting systems
