Director of Finance Future CFO Track $165K $170K Bonus In-Office (Lower Mainland)
A well-established growth-focused company in the construction services industry is seeking a CPA-designated Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations and reporting. This is a full-time in-office leadership role reporting directly to the CEO with a clear development track to Chief Financial Officer in 2 3 years.
You ll manage budgeting forecasting financial reporting internal controls and a growing team while playing a strategic role in scaling operations and supporting ERP optimization.
Requirements:
CPA designation (required)
Public practice background (Big 4 ideal)
5 7 years of post-practice industry experience
Strong cost accounting and leadership skills
